Pascale Vughts wrote two books about the fragrance of hospitality. She interviewed many entrepreneurs from Noord-Brabant (The Netherlands) to learn about what hospitalty means to them. The second book was written after the Covid-19 pandemic and is about resilience. Resilience and hospitality have become more important after the pandamic.
