Ever since I was little I loved drawing. Whenever my mom and dad would take me and my sister somewhere, we would never leave without paper and pencils. Because no matter where we were, we could always entertain ourselves with drawing. No table or chairs available? No problem, the floor worked just fine.

So what’s a better job when you’ve made your hobby into your work. The only difference is that I exchanged the paper for a tablet.

My sister and I loved creating things together, but also to draw flowers. Recognizing the limited demand for flower illustrations in the corporate sphere, we turned our focus towards the wedding industry and founded Soetzappig. Aspiring for continuous growth, I didn’t want to being confined solely to wedding stationery design. Over the past 6,5 years, I also worked alongside / for Emiel at IMAGEAU.

This combination was perfect, balancing involvement in the corporate domain. I got to make books, magazines and create beautiful marketing campaigns. But simultaneously I got to be really creative with my sister and designed exquisite weddding invitations.

When we moved to Australia I had to quit my job at Imageau and started Stoked Arrows. So if you need anything to help communicate your message, whether on an individual or corporate scale, I’m in!
